We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that is still in it’s original packaging or on unworn clothing with all tags attached within 14 days of receiving your package. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Little T’s Boutique is not liable for any returned/exchanged packages that get lost in the mail. Therefore, please make sure that these items are insured when sending back to us.
For personal hygienic reasons we will not accept returns or exchanges on bath and skincare products.

What is your cost for shipping to the United States?
Shipping fees to the United States are at a flat rate of $20. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and the US Territories will be at a flat rate of $35.
We ship to anywhere in the world. Please contact us for shipping fees.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
We ship our packages through either Purolator or Canada Post.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
We will strive to deliver packages to customers in the Edmonton area within 1-3 business days. Customers will pay the same shipping fees. If we aren’t able to deliver the packages our selves then we will ship them out either same day or next day.
In Canada it will take about 4-7 business days to receive your package and 3-4 business days through Xpresspost.
In the U.S. it will take anywhere between 6-14 business days.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for all duties and taxes once the package arrives at its destination if applicable.
If I don’t have a PayPal account can I still make a purchase with my credit card?
You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay for your purchase. All you need is a credit card in order to pay through PayPal.
Is it secure to pay through PayPal?
With PayPal, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits. To protect the customers credit and debit card numbers PayPal does not directly connect their fire-wall protected servers to the internet.
